Allan Behm is head of the international and security affairs program at the Australia Institute. In this episode, we discuss why aid is a human security issue, and the relationship between aid and foreign affairs. Allan is a brilliant thinker, writer and speaker and I thoroughly enjoyed learning from him in this interview.
